Project Summary - Colliers International
Colliers International required a full scope of Interior Services including Project Management due to their tight move-in schedule. Interior Services included meeting with department heads to develop spaces for Sales, Marketing, Investment, Accounting and Property Management. Complete furniture and material specifications were provided so the client could put the package out to bid for competitive pricing. The furniture acquisition for the project was awarded based on Competitive Pricing and Interior services by Maggie Selvage.
